Eligibility for Refund and Return Policy

We accept only if customer follows our return and refund policy under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong item or a different product than what was ordered.

The product is not as described on our website.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Please note: As we offer custom-made and personalized products (such as 3D printed keychains, lenticular prints, and nameplates), we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind after the order is processed.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

In case the product was damaged during shipping and return is not feasible, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the issue.

Return and refund policy are not applicable under the following conditions:

Incorrect customer details provided (name, photo, spelling, etc.)

Delay caused due to third-party delivery issues after dispatch

Personalized products where design proof was approved by the customer

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. Once we begin processing or customizing your product, the order cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or guide you to send it to our return address.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not support exchanges, as each product is uniquely made to order. If you received a defective item, we’ll replace it with the same design as originally ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made products with personalized names, photos, or designs.

Products that have been used or tampered with.

Items that are returned without original packaging or invoice.

Items requested for return after the eligible return window (3 days).
